NOUWEE's Wish Lanterns are actually small hot air balloons made out of flame-resistant rice paper. It is made to go up until the the fuel burns out and come back down slowly afterwards. Just write your wish on the lantern, light the fuel, let it fill up with hot air and release the lantern to make your wish reach the sky!
